Don’t undo all of your hard work in the gym as we head into the warmer weather. Use these tips to beat weight gain and overindulgence while still enjoying your next vacation!

  1. Stick to lean proteins & veggies.

Fill your plate with high-fiber options and healthy high-protein foods to keep you full and energized throughout the day. Have a treat here or there (it is vacation, of course!) but try to avoid an overload of sugar, processed foods, and simple carbs.

  1. Fit in a fun workout.

Start off your day with 30 minutes of a workout you enjoy! Circuit training, a run on the beach, hiking – it’s only a small portion of your time and you’ll feel better the rest of the day.   1. Hydrate!

Try to sip smart and be sure you are getting your H2O in throughout the day. Limit your cocktails to lower-calorie options like vodka or tequila with seltzer and a splash of fresh fruit to avoid sipping on empty calories. A good rule of thumb is to drink a glass of water for every cocktail you consume!
