One thing that BA loves to reiterate around the holidays is you should NOT FEEL GUILTY about enjoying the food, drinks and time with your family and friends. What we can’t stress enough is to have control, drink plenty of water, and make sure you get your workouts in—especially the day after.

When you wake up the day after consuming a lot at the holiday feast, you most likely won’t be feeling that great and will probably have no desire to move from your bed or couch.

You have to get up and get a workout in, even if you feel tired and lazy.

You have consumed a lot of carbs, whether it be from the food, treats or drinking, and it is best to get moving the next day to prevent it from sitting in your stomach—it will also help your blood sugar levels. The key to feeling better is to do a great fat burning workout, and we promise you will feel better than when you woke up. Also, remember to drink plenty of water the day of Thanksgiving as well as the day after.

1,000 REPS, SAY WHAT?

Your goal is to do 10 reps of each exercise for 10 rounds. This will really get you burning off those extra calories from the day before.

• 10 Burpees
• 10 Squat Jumps (with or without added weight)
• 10 Push ups
• 10 Toe Touch Sit Ups
• 10 Tricep Dips
• 10 Tuck Jumps
• 10 Plank Jacks
• 10 Jumping Lunges
• 10 Leg Drops
* 10 Sumo Air Squats
