Thursday Throwdown

Improve your body’s most vital source of strength-your core Learn the latest techniques on balancing, stabilizing, stretching, and strengthening exercises for your body. All levels are welcome. Great for beginners!
A blend of rhythmic step and plyometics paired with Core and Ab work to have your body burning and begging for more! This class is in a HIIT (high intensity interval) format
Designed to push your inner athlete to the max using the Aerodyne, rowers, kettle bells, sand bells and bodyweight moves ending in a core fat blasat for maximal burn!

Breakfast Club

Build and burn your booty with plyometrics, strength and bandwork.
Tabata intervals that challenge your conditioning and strength using a blend of functional movements with weights. You’ll torch fat and tone in no time with this high energy class!
This 90 minute class is from 5:30 to 7 a.m. using the Body Ambition Fitness Facility. “Daily Grind” workouts will be posted and change daily and will typically last 45-60 minutes depending on your fitness level.

This class will attack every muscle and is designed to drop body fat fast! Using a variety of equipment in a creative way we mix weights with conditioning to keep your heart rate pumping and energy high!
This 90 minute slot will make you feel great about finishing your day strong! Your “Daily Grind” workout will be and posted and changed daily and will typically last 45-60 minutes depending on your fitness level.
Join Body Ambition Fitness for Saturday Smackdown; a 90 minute window to get your strength, endurance, cardio and fun in for the weekend! Taught by Janelle Nicolo.

Sunday SWEAT

A combination of strength, power, coordination, flexibility, balance, and agility. Multiple stations using a variety of movements and different exercise equipment including Airdyne bikes, rowing machines, suspension training, free-weights and functional equipment to help maximize your success and reach your fitness goals! Great for ALL FITNESS LEVELS!
