I have always been an active person playing sports my whole life and working out 6 days a week. However until I joined BA my workouts consisted of 75 percent cardio and 25 percent lifting. I was also not eating nearly enough, maybe 3 meals a day and some snacking here and there. I “feared” starches because I thought they would make me gain weight. My lifestyle has completed changed since I joined BA. My lifts trump cardio and I am eating 5-6 meals a day. I feel strong, fit and most important healthy. I am happy with my progress so far and cannot wait to see what the future holds. I cannot thank Janie, all the other coaches and my teammates enough for the support and guidance you’ve given me! Xo
