The left is from 2009, in college, the most I have weighed in my life.
After being overweight for most of my life, the middle photo is from 2012 after I lost over 50 pounds just through diet and exercise.
However, I was eating barely anything, and I couldn’t tell you what a source of protein was and I was doing an hour of cardio a day.
I struggled with different eating disorders and ended up gaining a lot of the weight back, and my weight yo-yo’d for the next year or so.
I then discovered weight lifting but my diet was totally off because I knew nothing about nutrition.
I started to educate myself and ended up joining BA in April 2014 in hopes of one day competing.
