  1. Make it a priority

You’ll never find the time if you don’t make the time.

  1. Invest in a trainer

If working out on your own isn’t your thing, it pays to hire someone to keep you in check. Beyond just coaching you through your workout, a personal trainer will observe and correct your form to make sure you achieve the best results while avoiding injury.

  1. Find a workout you enjoy

Find whatever your “thing” is – then do more of that! Hate running? Well you never have to do it again if you don’t want to! Whatever makes you feel good when you sweat – whether it’s spinning, yoga, strength training – that’s what’s going to keep you coming back each and every time. The perfect fitness routine is the one you’re happiest doing!

Sometimes the hardest part of getting into a routine is simply just starting. Make it a point to make 2018 the year you find a routine you LOVE – and then actually stick to it!
