With the hectic schedules and constant traveling the summer season brings, it can be easy to let your exercise regimen slip your mind. But don’t forget that you can still fit in a solid sweat without the use of equipment…and effective, full-body workouts are still attainable without the use of a gym!

Follow along for our four favorite body weight exercises that will provide you with a killer workout, without the use of a gym:

  1. Lunges

Lunges effectively target your quads while simultaneously working your glutes. The balancing act of your two legs is a high payoff move with an intense burn: forward lunges, lateral lunges, diagonal lunges…the list goes on!

  1. Squats

One of the most popular, simple, do-anywhere exercises. Focus on your form and once you’ve got it down – try throwing in some variations of the traditional squat: split squats, jump squats, frog squats…there are endless ways to get your booty burning!

  1. Burpees

Yes, they’re arguably one of the most hated exercises – but mostly because they’re so effective! The burpee targets multiple muscle groups at once while getting your heartrate pumping. Although they can be challenging, the pay-off is well worth the sweat.

  1. Tuck Jumps

Think of tuck jumps as a more energetic version of a crunch. By lifting your body off the ground in explosive motions, you are also engaging your core with the tuck. Pull your knees to your chest in a tucking motion for as many reps as you can handle!
