Valentine’s Day isn’t just about loving others, it’s about loving YOURSELF!

Without self-love we are incapable of rising to our full potential, whether it be career or personal relationships, we cannot be truly happy, nor will those dreams we have become reality.

Instead of worrying that our dreams and visions of what we want our life to be don’t matter,  find the courage inside to be fearless and rise to your full potential!

Stop hiding your true self away in worry of what others will think or say, stop going through the motions that you feel is life as it has to be in jobs you hate, hiding behind material possessions and stop tormenting yourself with negative thoughts that you aren’t good enough, pretty enough, thin enough, fit enough, strong enough…Because you are if you believe YOU are, then you can be.

My vision for all of you reading this all is that by the end of this year you will all have overcome the fear of what you are capable of! Yes, that means any self doubt will be thrown out the window! Now this WILL NOT happen over night, but many of you still struggle with embracing the true you beneath the self-hatred, doubt, fear and struggles you have had in the past and may still deal with now. It’s beneath all the fear, struggle and doubt that the freedom and renewal lives. Stop constantly feeling the need to create a new version of yourself, I want you to learn to love what is already there!

A few steps in this process I would like you to follow:

1. Start a journal (not a food journal -although you know I’m a fan of that too), a real journey of self journey and deep emotion-you might be surprised at what you find!

2.Talk to a therapist or someone you completely trust -it must be someone who can share in your power and not bring you down though-someone who will not be judgmental but listen and offer in guidance.

3.Positive affirmations. Each week create 7 affirmations on post-it notes or set as reminders in your phone so you see 1 a day. Read it in the mirror or say it out loud and really believe it!

4.Look at your day to day life and find those things or people that no longer serve you. Do you have clutter in your home? Most likely you will have clutter in your brain that will hold you back from steering your course to success!

Do you have negative people pop up in your Facebook feed all day? Delete or block them.

You do not need to be reading those negative thoughts over and over-they will stick, even if you believe they won’t. This is why I ask you to do positive affirmations…it will stick!

Go forth lovingly towards yourself and others, and the universe around you will fall into place.
