2 cans of canned light white tuna in water (drained)
4-6 ounces of plain non-fat Greek Yogurt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 stalk celery, diced
2 stalks chives, diced
1/4 green pepper, diced
1/4 red onion, diced
optional- 1/4 red, yellow or orange sweet pepper, diced ( I didn’t have handy for the batch made in this pic)
pepper, to taste
6-8 Mary’s Gone Crackers (per serving/meal)
Drain the tuna then mix everything but the crackers together well. Place a small spoonful on each cracker and ENJOY!
QUICK TIP: Make a batch of 2 or more so you have in the fridge for the week. You can have on your salad one day, on the crackers another and in a wrap on on toasted Ezekiel bread the next!
