• 1 package ground turkey
  • 1 whole egg
  • spices of choice
  • can of fire roasted tomatoes
  • Veggie of choice (peppers, mushrooms, onion, broccoli)
  • 8-inch or 9-inch pan


  • Mix ground turkey, egg and spices. Press into the bottom of pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • Take pan out of the oven top with the can of fire roasted tomatoes and veggies.
  • Place back in the oven for 45 minutes

*if you’re protein is 4 ounces for a meal, consume 1/4 of this pizza
