IN MY OWN WORDS

My name is Cynthia Gerome and I am a WBFF Bikini Pro. I've been a part of the Body Ambition team for over five years now. I am an online coach for BA and also a personal trainer in the Baltimore, MD and Washington D.C. areas.

What started as a challenge to get out of my comfort zone ended up turning into something so much more. After completing my first bikini competition in 2014, I decided I wanted to share my passion for fitness with others and got my personal training certification through ACE.

I am a big believer in practicing what you preach which is why I'm a big advocate for speaking up about my personal struggles with anxiety and depression. Fitness changed my life and I want to be able to share that possibility with others.
