The Complete Competition Prep Package - Virtual Option is offered for those not close to our facility. You won't receive the unlimited classes or BA training access but you will receive all else listed.
Since many pageant contestants live out of state, our virtual pageant prep program is ideal. Once you request and receive your welcome information, you will be asked to send 'before pictures' (front, side and back in a bikini), a completed food log and our BA Pageant Prep Questionnaire. Upon receipt of these three items, we will create a program customized for you! Your program will include:
Monthly workouts customized for you that you can do at any gym along with anywhere workouts to fit your lifestyle and fitness level
Weekly virtual check-ins with trainer to adjust your program as needed to keep meeting your goals
Learn how to fuel your body the healthy way! Individualized meal and nutrient planning to help you learn how to fuel your body for a lifetime, not a fad diet!
Access to the BA mobile app
Access to private online group filled with motivation, recipes, anywhere workouts, and inspiration and support from like-minded group members
* We strongly recommend adding 1-1 personal training if you are local to our facility in addition to the online program we create for you.
This class will challenge your muscles and mind! Break through physique plateaus with this method! If you give the 100's a try, it will stimulate new growth in your body. In addition, it will create a much greater mental toughness, which will then spill over into your other workouts!
This class will attack every muscle and is designed to drop body fat fast! Using a variety of equipment in a creative way, we mix weights with conditioning to keep your heart rate pumping and energy high.

A class designed to get you that six pack and backside stacked! A workout that's guaranteed to have you burning for more and see those results you won't need a filter for!
Battle Rope Blend
A class designed to challenge and change you! Part HIIT & part muscle conditioning with Db’s in a variety of timed formats weekly. Each set will incorporate a different battle rope move paired with a strength move.

A 75-minute class that isn’t for the faint of heart! 20-minutes of bodyweight Tabata followed by sled pulls, heavy ropes, KB’s, MB’s, and other strength and conditioning movements.
